Boca Grande 2004

We've had this tub for three years now, purchased from a small independent dealer. There was a side panel damaged when we got it and this was replaced at no charge. At about the six month period one of the plastic hose fittings craked and we had to drain it, this piece was replaced by our dealer. About two years one of the pump seals started to seep and I had a service technician replace replace it, not under warranty. The technician services all makes and models and he said this is not unusual. Outside of that I have found the Gulf Coast help line to be great, I love the AquaClear system as all we do is drop a bromine table or two into the strainer every week or so. Overall we saved about $2-$3 thousand from a "show room model" and it has been pretty reliable. Our cover is now three years old and needs replacement (typical for an OEM cover) so I'll be upgrading to a cover from Lilypad in Vancouver, which should also cut my heating bill. But the tub has done three Calgary Canada winters just fine.
