i really enjoyed this spa till trouble started. i am very particular about taking care of the spa and used it year round. that is till it had a freeze up. $2000 later its fixed and the company refuses to hear me out except to say freeze ups are not covered. never mind i did not do anything wrong. the temp that week went to 5 degrees above zero and the spa is on the second floor. YOU WOULD THINK THE SPA SHOULD HANDLE THIS ENVIROMENT. my advise is to avoid dynasty spas period. it is not so much as the problem as it was the staff and thier arrogance durning the whole affair. any one else with the problem please feel free to contact me.
