I needed a spa beacause of my back problems, now I have more that backpain problems !

This brand new spa that I used from June to october 2005 is still in my backyard wraped up in thick plastic to keep water out of it. It has not worked since and I'm still waiting for a court date.

The product, and all the people that stand behind it have let me down. I have called the store that sold it to me, the manufacturer and have no respond from them. Do not buy any of Emerald product. The product is always as good as the people behind it. They don't care about you or the spa they will sell to you once it's in your backyard.

I will post agin in the futur to let you all know if I won in court. I should get my hearing date in Jan or Feb. 2008.

Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted). Questions should be posted to our Q & A meassage board located HERE Remember, content is king, so don't be afraid to tell everyone everything you can think of, about your spa.
