my husband and i purchased a 4 person freeflow spa the first couple of years it was great then afetr 3 years the shell inside cracked on both sides near the filter contacted company they told us warranty ran out and there was nothing they could do about it. tryed repairing ourselves with opoxy j b weld fiberglass everything you could imagine nothing worked needless to say would never purchase a freelow tub of any kind. thank you.

Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted).
