WELL HERE IS MY UPDATE. I HAVE HAD THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAD ALL THE PARTS THAT I ASKED THEM FOR SENT TO ME AND I HAD THEM ALL INSTALLED BY THERE LOCAL SERVICE STORE. THE HOT TUB IS UP AND RUNNING AND WORKS AMAZING. ONE OF THE JETS I TURNED A LITTLE TO MUCH AND IT CAME OFF BUT GOES RIGHT BACK IN. IT ISN'T THE SAME QUALITY AS MY OLD HOTSPRINGS BUT FOR THE MONEY IT IS A GREAT GREAT HOT TUB. THERE WASN'T MUCH INSULATION SO I ADDED MY OWN AND IT SHOULD BE ONE OF THE MOST EFFICIENT ONES OUT THERE NOW. THE JETS FEEL AMAZING AND IT HEATS UP VERY VERY FAST... I WOULD SAY ABOUT A DEGREE PER 5-10 MINS. THE SHELL IS GREAT BECAUSE THERE IS NO UPKEEP TO IT. OTHER THAN THAT ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THESE ARE GREAT HOTUBS AND A GREAT COMPANY.

Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted).
