Overall pleased but it hasn't always been great. This is my 5th year of ownership and the warranty runs out in October 07. Too many issues to recall. Let's see, main computer board failed, 24 hour circ pump failed, Jet pump #1 failed, heater failed, flow / pressure switch failed. To make matters worse, all of the rotary jets with a single cyclone spinner failed at the same time (4 years) and you'd find parts of them floating inside the spa. These are the ones with the white plastic which deteriorates with chlorine. Found an equivalent jet (Pentair luxury cyclone) and problem is solved. Waterways will not fit! I bought the spa brand new from a reputable dealer on Long Island. Even if parts are under warranty, labor is not included and runs $100 per hour after the first year. Now if anything breaks I try to fix it first. Factory support has been great; they are more responsive than the dealer. All is OK for now, after all what else can go wrong?
