I really like the Spa however the customer service from Sunrise stinks. My local dealer went out of business and I have emailed on two occasions looking for information and cannot even get a response. I spent a pretty penny on a tub I thought I would enjoy for many years. I am not enjoying getting no service or response from Sunrise.

Below are a few things to keep in mind, and some possible ideas for your review.

In the "Model / YEAR" field PLEASE do NOT list the BRAND of spa. Simply list the model and year of manufacture, such as, MODEL / year.
Please enter a valid email address. No one but us will see it, and we may want to contact you for a "follow up".
Why did you decide to get a spa?
Does your spa live up to all expectations?
How long have you owned your spa?
What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?
What do you like best?
Is there anything about your spa you don't like?
What might you change if you had to "do it all over"?
Is there anything you're sorry you left out?
Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?
Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?
