I have owned 4 spas and my Coast Spa out of Canada is by far one of the worst I have ever had.

Looks like a Cadillac of spas until you start having problems. Anyone that has had a spa knows you will sooner then later have some issues. When your Coast Spa breaks down you will get ZERO help from customer service. This company SUCKS at service and you basically have ZERO warranty through them.

I should have purchased the Hot Springs tub and at least I would get a warranty...

Simply list the model and year of manufacture, such as, MODEL / year. Please enter a valid email address. No one but us will see it, and we may want to contact you for a "follow up". Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted).
