We have had trouble constantly with this hot tub that we paid over $5000 for. The touch pad quit working soon after we bought it. 3 months later it started leaking. The technician made 3 trips before he finally got it fixed. It costs me $160 in labor. Warranty only covers parts. Last month the spa stopped heating. The entire circuit board had to be replaced. We have talked repeatedly with L.A. Spas and they are not interested in helping us. We even asked that they sell us the part at cost or let us send the circuit board for repair.
