Why did you decide to get a spa?
Does your spa live up to all expectations?
How long have you owned your spa? Since 2003 What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?
What do you like best?
Is there anything about your spa you don't like? I would like a bigger one! What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Get a larger tub. Is there anything you're sorry you left out? No Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? No Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? Water chemistry is a little harder than I thought but they had a class that the owner teaches and it helped. I bring in my water for testing every so often to see how I am doing (its free) and they help me figure it out.
