This is my second spa. My first one was a Koko Beach hot tub 15 years ago. The difference between the 2 spas is night and day. Obviously due to technology changes. I was initially afraid of all of the electronic controls and circuit boards, but I can say now that I am very happy with my new spa (Fall 2005). The seats and jets are awesome. It also has a built in cooler (nice) for beer etc. I was initially sold on the quality of the Coleman brand name and I can say that it has lived up to my expectations. Our dealer was very nice and we have not had a problem with the spa. Compared to our old spa, this spa is a dream. The spa has 2 motors and more than enough jets. one thing you will learn after you have had a spa for as long as us, jets are not the end all/ be all of hot tubbing. We lived happily with 11 jets for the last 15 years. I usually sit with the jest on for 5 minutes and then shut them down to low speed and just soak. There are many brands of hot tubs out there and I can say that I would definitely recommed a Coleman and I would purchase one again.
