I bought the tub online through an auction. I would not give the tub nor Hydro Spas a positive review. The heater has gone out, the power pak has gone out, the ozonator has gone out, and their service stinks. I try hard to allow them the opportunity to be of assistance to me but the heater or temperature sensor has just gone out (for the second time) and my tub froze around the edges of the tub in the frigid temperatures we have had the past week. I am thawing the tub with boiling water and space heaters and will get rid of it as soon as possible. Floridians have no idea how to help you with cold, freezing temperatures and maintaining your tub in those temperatures. Oh, by the way, when I asked them to send the new heating element, they are out of them for two days and it would take 3 days to ship. By that time, I would have had one big ice cube. Say "No Thanks" to a Hydro Spa.
