Lifesprings/2005

I bought the Lifesprings 8000 in 2005. After the sale there wasn't any follow-up with the company. I have had numerous issues with the jets. The large ones have all been replaced either for the tabs breaking or just not staying in place. Now all of the small ones need replacing. All of them are blowing out of their holders. I am being told it is a chemical issue. I think it is a poorly designed part. I did notice that when the large jets were replaced there was a significant improvement in design. So I need to find replacement jets. The digital control panel failed as well. Luckily it was covered under warranty. The heater element just failed, after the warranty, of course.
I now wish I would have spent a little more for a better quality product!
