Well, so far it has been fine and reliable. Recently, we had a problem in the disconnect panel, due, I think to a power surge problem-we live near the ocean and our power company experience frequent power outages. My main complaint, and for me a serious one, is that removing the front panel to get at the equipment is very difficult-for one thing, it is a double lined door, that must be removed all in one piece; for me at least, the door is VERY heavy, i would estimate it to be about a 100 pounds; what is worse, mounting the one piece door is even more difficult because the system of bolts you have to use. For that reason, I would never buy this product again.

Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted).
