Ditto on all the reviews listed above. Coast Spas(Canada) and also Cornerstone service have by far the worst customer service in the industry-basically NONE.

Everyone that I have talked too that own a Coast Spa will say the same thing "their service is pathetic and the reps are flat out liars". The Spas look nice until you get them home and have any kind of a problem. They state they have a warranty but they will not cover ANYTHING.

Do a legal search, state by state, and you will see all the legal problems that they are having...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Simply list the model and year of manufacture, such as, MODEL / year. Please enter a valid email address. No one but us will see it, and we may want to contact you for a "follow up". Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted).
