Our tub has had several breakdowns and to our amazement, nothing was ever covered under warrantee. Though the warrantee is a good read, it's full of holes as is there quality and service. Leaking impeller seal, burned out heater, leaking pipes, leaking seals, jet malfunctions and more. One of the jets was plugged with foam insulation they pour in, cleaned it out, better but still weak. The sides are starting to fall of now due to rot. They were held on with sheetrock screws, yeah, real quality. Heater assy leaked due to mismate of seals. Later it burned out. The pump impeller just broke. Look underneath one, they look like they're built in someone's backyard without powertools. Good luck. If that's a 5HP 220VAC motor in there, they and I got robbed! I had a hotsprings classic dogdish that could easily outperform the coast and it was 110VAC
