Problems, problems, problems. Bad Jets, made by Waterways, started to deteriorate after first year (not a chemistry issue),a problem they are aware off, poor customer service, 6 months now and still waiting on jets. Then after year one, lost the large 4000Watt heater, same heater went in year 2. For the money, I don't think the overall quality is there.

Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted).
