I would completely steer clear of any Gulf Coast Spas if I were you. My first spa was an old, used spa that I purchases for $700. It served me very well for 10 years. Then, unfortunatly, I purchased a Gulf Coast Spa. It worked well for one month. It then "broke down". As it turns out, the entire control panel had to be replaced. It only took THREE MONTHS for Gulf Coast to do this. Now, two years later, my pump has gone bad. Fortunately for Gulf Coast, this has happened immediately after their "warranty" has expired. I will NEVER purchase another hot tub from them, and hope that my warning will keep whoever reads this from purchasing from them. PLEASE!!!! Find a reputable company...they are definitely out there, but their name is NOT Gulf Coast !!! I love a hot tub, and will never be without one, but I will NEVER be with another one from Gulf Coast!
