I purchased my Spa from Colorado Custom Spas in Denver. Great Spa with exception of the original jets. They started to pop out after about 6 months. They are made by Waterway Plastics. The dealer replaced most of them early, but the replacements were mostly just like the original jets.

However, I noticed the small jets had a different looking material and a different design of the retainer tabs.

I finally got in touch with a rep at Waterway and he did say the material and design had been changed and sent me a full set of new jets. They have so far been trouble free.

If you have jet problems, contact your dealer or Waterway. Hope you have as good luck as I did getting the jet problem resolved.

Simply list the model and year of manufacture, such as, MODEL / year. Please enter a valid email address. No one but us will see it, and we may want to contact you for a "follow up". Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted).
