Oh My God! The Worst Spa Ever!
Bad customer service from day one. Leaky spa with shell defect. Needs parts replaced all the time. The cost of running this spa is high in this state. The quote of $16.00-$25.00 a month is bogus. Try $50.00-$65.00 during winter months. Warranty was a joke. Spa parts needing replaced consisted of spa cover (cracked due to heavy snow), spa motor, spa circulating pump wet end, spa ozonator, several jets, spa pillows, and the list goes on. Spa shell consist of flimsy cedar panels that need yearly upkeep with thin styrofoam panels that are suppose to keep heat in with a form of solar blanket. Spa trips gfi breaker due to leaks and need of replacement parts. The company itself has moved and just gives you the runaround instead of fixing the problem. Basically stuck with a huge white elephant that was suppose to bring pleasure. Nothing but a waste of money and headache. I have read other reviews on this model and company and find that Fritz and his prorated warranty have been really busy ripping people off!
