We just purchased a swim spa from Royal Islands at a show here in Southern California. I have to say, that I have been pleased with the transaction from beginning to end. I was in constant contact with their office personnel when it came to pouring the pad, electrical info, help with crane service, and ultimately- getting the thing running when it was delivered. The men who delivered were polite and very helpful - I've never owned something like this, so I was clueless about chemicals, and upkeep. I called in to the office again to see if I could find someone locally to help me with startup- and customer service walked me through it every step of the way saving me the cost of a service call. I would definitely refer this company to friends, I have called with concerns since delivery and have always received help over the phone, or quick replies to my messages.

: it on our deck with snow everywhere, no issues, no damage, no problem
: for them. It fired right up after we got the electrical to it. Royal
: Islands was a bit slow to respond to my questions, and I have yet to
: get the 'colorful brochure' with all the features detailed on it. But
: I contacted the factory and they have been great to work with. Stay
: with it, customer service is decaying in this country.
