: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, Check their BBB report before purchasing and then check other distributors in the same industry, they have far more complaints for a reason.
Make sure everything they tell you is in writing, the company told me "they will not honor verbal commitments made by their representatives or employees." If it is not in writing and you have an issue you are stuck. They are very unwilling to work with you, it is my opinion they only want to screw you and don't care about their reputation. Read the contract very carefully on both sides, get a delivery date in writing on the contract and don't except verbal commitments.
Don't let your excitement over the purchase of a new spa distract you. READ BEFORE YOU SIGN
A paragraph on the back of the contract states if you do need to go into litigation with this company you will have to go to Oregon to do it and they don't mind gloating about this paragraph. So beware of purchasing out of State at a trade show from this company.
I canceled a Master spa we never received because of delivery and damage issues and they are refusing to refund my down payment. I am having to get an attorney to recover my money. BUYER BEWARE
