Jelly bellys spas and pools in Westfield was awful to deal with. Was attempting to get a valve replaced which I brought to the store. The valve was looked at by an employee and she said it would be ordered. I was given a ticket and told I would be called when it came in.....2 months later I called them. The same girl I originally spoke to told me my order had been lost and I would need to drive back to them (30 min out of my way) to show them the part again.....yeah right!!! Stay away from the company that employs people who know nothing about what they sell and puts them in the front door to deal with the customer. Waste of my time.
