I was also told that the Pilates H20 company had filed bankruptcy and the warranties would not be honored. The funny thing is, that "a new company, "spa shopper" has taken over for them. They have the same address and the same employees. I find it very hard to believe that they filed bankruptcy, they are simply not honoring their warranties. I called and questioned "Dan" about it and he tried to cover, but did a very poor job of it.
