I am sorry to hear of your experience. We were also set up to receive a spa from Royal Islands and after months of failed delivery dates and one actual delivery attempt, we decided to file a complaint with our bank and request a full refund. The bank was wonderful in ensuring we got our money back but it wasn't without a fight from Royal Islands. I hope people will read these posts before purchasing a hot tub. What should be an enjoyable experience is made into an absolute nightmare with this company. I wish you the very best with your hot tub. Hopefully the worst has already happened.

: working. Finally, after replacing almost every major part of the spa
: (heater, blower, pumps, control panel, siding) our spa works. But I
: have little confidence in the spa and none in the company standing
: behind it. Please be careful with these guys.
