AVOID Discount Spas Direct!!!!! I just had a horrible experience with DiscoutSpasDirect. They hide the fact that they have a 48 hour cancelation policy and then they don't call you back for 48 hours after you place an order. I finally spoke with them, only 72 hours after putting down a deposit (and before they actually had shipped anything), in order to cancel (I decided for a variety of reasons I wanted to cancel my order). Instead of a constructive discussion with the representative, she tried to strong-arm me into buying by saying I'd lose my $200 deposit. I went back to the web site...still can't find this claimed cancelation policy AND it isn't mentioned in the receipt. If this is the kind of customer service you get up front, good luck to anyone that has an issue after purchasing a Spa.
