New England Spa and Sunroom is a Hotsprings/Sundance dealer in MA. They have 4 stores through out MA state. I dealt with the one in Auburn MA.

I purchased my 05 Tiger River Caspian from them and overall it was a positive experience. They include Crane delivery with all thier purchases, so folks needing a crane for thier install might be well served to check them out.

The other postive experince I have with them is with ordering supplies. They offer free delivery on any order over $50 and I have always recieved next day delivery. Not too bad. The other plus is they'll take your oder over the phone, through thier website, or via e-mail.

The only negative I had with them was a misunderstanding on chaning my spa orientation when I first bought the spa. I was switched to another sales person from another location and was cancelled at the last minute. This caused a lot of problems for me, but a quick note to owner, and it was quickly resolved by the owner.

It's easy to be rated as a good dealer if everything goes well, but it's how they handle any problems is where you see who you are really dealing with.

Over all NESpas in my experience was a positive one, and I recomend them. If you deal with the Auburn store, ask for Denise.
