The ankle weights are an interesting idea, and you don't have to go to a scuba shop. I have some vinyl-covered, velcro weights designed for exercising, that are worth a try. I have a little doubt if they will be enough to help me, though. I just went out and tried the cushion-raising-up-knees thing, and it didn't help me at all. I always have to brace against something if I have the jets on. Will try the weights, though when I can locate them.
: Being a Scuba diver it seems to be a common
: problem that womens ankles tend to float,
: making it hard for them to stay level. Dive
: shops sell ankle weights. They are soft
: anklets that clip around your ankles (bout 2
: lbs each) not sure, but they might help and
: they're less then $10 a piece.
