Almost all. If a vehicle has a number of repeat occurances, it can be declared a lemon. If the dealer repairs it three times and it still does not fix the issue, you need to apply for lemon status. I've never had to do it but I've been on a number of auto forums where guys have had to do this in order to get satisfaction. As I said before, I think that the dealer is doing the right things. She needs them in order to work with the factory. Can you honestly say that something that (1) had a leak on day one and (2) Burned out BOTH pumps shortly thereafter and the (3) Burned out one of the replaced pumps AGAIN doesn't sound like a mfg production or "dropped unit" failure to you doc?
