Balboa Fault Code FIL2

We get this code (FIL2) when pressing temperature setting up or down arrows, then pump 1 for fast or slow speed. Message stays for possibly 30 seconds or so, then indicates temperature. The I could be a 1, don't know for sure. Does anyone know what the code means?

First noticed the water temperature is 100, but the setting is 95. Pump stayed on slow speed, as it does when the heater is on. While pressing temp setting buttons and pump speed buttons, noticed the code and button sequence to get it.

We recently had a valve replaced on the suction of pump 2. Spa was drained and refilled to do the work. The disconnect breaker was opened prior to draining and closed after refilling with water. The code above appeared 2 days after the work was completed.
