Blue Ridge Spas Circuit Board

I have a Blue Ridge Spa from Lowes. I have had it 5 years and replaced the circulating pump twice and the heater once (just about 2 weeks ago). Now it would appear that the circuit board is dead. I went to check the water and found that nothing was working, as if it had thrown the breaker. Well, it had thrown the breaker, but after turning the breaker back on, nothing still. I took the metal cover off of the box inside the tub and found a lot of black soot on the inside of the cover. After further examination I found melted parts of the circuit board.

How do I find out what board I need and how hard is it to replace this?
