Ask 'Dr. Spa' Q & A Message Board

: I don't find a lot out there about Blue Water Spas. Can anyone comment
: on their quality and energy usage? How well they are made and

I purchased a spa on March 31, 2008 from Blue Water Spas that was delivered on June 26, 2008. The spa was delivered without a manual nor information to access the warranty. I emailed the company and recieved an email back that they were revising the manual and it would be sent within two days. I then emailed and left messages requesting information on accessing the warranty. Six months later and a significant number of phone messages and emails requesting a manual and information on how to access our warranty we still haven't recieved neither. Neither our phone nor email messages are returned. The product difficulties which we've had include: water leaking from the hot tub; cannot reset the factory temperature settings that causes the hot tub termperature to decrease at 11:00 p.m.; television works intermittently; sterio CD Player overheats; CD stopped working; bolts have stripped; have inability to read the codes which the LCD screen is displaying because no user manual; and just a few days ago one of the three pumps siezed and stopped working. It is very frustrating that their doesn't seem to be any recourse that can be taken to have the warranty honored. Definately stay away from any Bluewater purchases.
