we have had the same problem after about 6 months of use. they use to replace them for free when it was in warrantee, but now that has expired and it is too costly to keep replacing them. all in all the spa was okay for the 1st 6months..and from that point on it has nickeled and dimed us to death. we have decided to buy from a different manufacturer. let me know if you seek legal help.
