Rich, I have the same exact problem. My Cal Spa Dealer in Bakersfield California immediately went into this super defensive posture when I asked if the warrenty would cover the problem. They said that the Warranty does not cover negligent excess use of chemicals. Their attitude ticked me off a bit because, like you, I have not used excess Bromine. Well that was last Winer and I replced $100 worth of jets since. I have additional issues with jets preparing for this winter. I will be talking again with them and let you know. Has anyone spoken with the company about this?
Need help too, Mike
: Need some help,
: I bought a CalSpa two years ago, and now I am having problems with the
: jets falling out. It looks like the white plastic part of the jet is
: dissolving and flaking away. We use Bromine and it is at the proper
: levels, so I don’t think that is the issue. I am going to check to
: see if it is under warranty or not. If not does anyone have a
: suggestion for getting parts at a decent price?
: Any help would be appreciated.
: Thanks,
: Rich
