Since this issue started here in June of 2006 with many many complaints from numerous CalSpa owners on the same problem, I'm glad that you have finally responded.
While a warranty doesn't have to cover everything, you dont normally expect a plastic part to dissolve or fall apart with normal use.
(My Marquis spa is 5 yrs old and none of its jets have dissolved. Likewise my Jacuzzi indoor spa is 15 yrs old with no jet deterioration problems)
My question is: what has your company, CalSpa, done to address this issue so the new customer won't be faced with it in the future?
