: I am having the exact same trouble as everyone else with my Cal-Spa! I
: have heard thatit is is a PH problem, a Bromine problem, and that all
: of them eventually fall out! The place where I bought mine also went
: out of business shortly after we bought it. We have had ours for
: almost 3 years and the jets started falling out probably 4 months
: ago...Our problem is that we can't find anyone that will tell us how
: to replace them. We were told that Waterway makes the jets and that
: they are obselete. Cal-Spa in CA says to look on their website at the
: thousands of pictures and pick out which ones we need. Well, we need
: all of them! And that is a virtually impossible task.... I don't car
: how much they cost-- I just want them! One would think that you
: should just be able to give your model number and have a replacement
: set for that model sent out to you! They also directed us to a number
: in Canada that was useless....HELP! How and where can we find a place
: that will replce the jets!? It ha been an ordeal....
Has Cal spa Told u if u have a 5 yr warranty or like a 2 yr dependsv on How dealer was setup this used to be a big deal and a bait Switch activity for dealers The Cal spa co never talks bout anything but the 5 5 10 yr warranty If Uve reg Cal spa warranty as advertised your jets Should be covered If they're using Water quality Customers Fault then its a diff story they should still be able to give u model of the jets If U send me a pic of Tub complete and some jets that are out it ll be no prob Are the jets White now used to be silver or grey orig N fading or black>????? service.depot@gmail.com Hurry Ive got some Cal spa issues to deal W in next 7 days so I ll be on phone W the silly woman that fields all these calls Shes a B^%#* and a royal pain makes my day to banter w that idiot I only talk of Morons like this Im sorry I respect till shown its not needed Ive been shown this 6 + yrs ago W cal....
