We are having the same problem in Virginia. Our tub is exactly 2 years old. The jets started falling out about 6 months ago. One by one. Now we have replaced 34 jets to date. Three fell out this evening. At a cost of $17 each...that SUCKS! Our Cal Spa Dealer is NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. Although the tech who came out to replace our pump ( that broke as well) said...lots of people are having problems with the pumps and the jets.

I would not recommend anyone buy from CAL SPA until they get this situation corrected.
