I've also got this problem. Tub is only two yrs old. I had one repair person (there for a different reason) tell me that it was a chemistry problem, which I don't buy. In any case, the dealer that I bought from has gone out of business, making the process even more difficult. At this point I might just be happy finding a source for buying new parts. I only need the nozzle piece that plugs into the jet hole, to which the head snaps on. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated. Please e-mail monty_mac@yahoo.com
