I would be more than happy to look at your covers (or anyone else's for that matter), but I would need to see the full specs on the cover and see photo's of the manufacturing process. I am not interested in low end or middle-of-the-road covers. The only really expensive cover in the Rayner line-up is the cover made with Sunbrella fabric. They have two lines of vinyl covered covers. I do not use the lower end cover with 1 pound foam. I use the better vinyl cover with 2 pound foam. I have found that this cover is exceptionally well made and, in my estimation, well worth the premium price.

BTW, where in Ohio are you located? My wife grew up in Chillicothe. Maybe I can personally check out your manufacturing operation the next time that I visit the outlaws, er, inlaws.
