Well, you did not state which model and year your tub is, but if this is a 2001 or newer tub, you can check the heater relay board. Check for burnt relays or the lack of power to the heater from the heater relay board.
John
: My hot tub has stopped heating. I have good flow through the silent flow
: 5000 and I removed the filters just to make sure they were not the
: problem. The reset button on top of the heater is not popped up and i
: have tried to push it down but it seems to be fine. The red LED on
: the circuit board in the control box indicates the "htr
: on". I have tried unpugging and woiting several minutes and
: plugging it back in. could the heater have just gone bad? How do I
: verify before spending $300 on a new one?
: Thanks
