Thank goodness I found a message board so that I may be able to help others who may be considering buying a Great Lakes hot tub. Simply put, "Don't". Shop around for something else. My experience with Great Lakes has been terrible. The product has been inoperable more than any tub I've ever heard of. The repair costs are high and don't expect them to stand behind their product. If there is any way to put the burden on your shoulders, they will. I now wish I would've bought from anyone besides them. Home depot sells tubs and although they may not be the best on the market, one can at least rest assured that they would stand behind their product.
