Be warned!!

They advertise a spa for $1900 which is very basic and not good quality. They will sales talk you to an upgrade version which is over $6500 and doesn't even have the bells and whistles that other spas offered. They say it has 15 year warranty and made up of duraflexx material. Other spas offer longer warranty. Costco offers one for much better price and has all the bells and whistles and you can return any products at Costco.

I made a mistake of putting a deposit and signing a sales contract before I left the store and when I called them the next day--I was told that all sales are Final and now I own one and this needs to be paid within 90 days. They are Vultures!! In fact, when I was talking to the owner on the phone and I asked her last name-- she had to think for an answer--so I don't think the last name she gave me is even true. In fact, come to think of it--all their business cards doesn't even have a person's name on it. The salesperson also told me that they will deliver the spa and set everything up but in the back of the contract it says that they will only deliver it to curbside and has all these other extras that they will charge you for.

Bottom line--they will say anything to get you to sign the sales contract before you leave their door becuase they know that you will not come back.
