: When you pull the motor out, examine the area where the motor shaft
: enters the pump. Look for any evidence of water leakage, white stains
: or rust stains. if any of these three conditions are present, the
: pump leaked and that is what took out the bearings.
ok, I wrote that down for George tomorrow to look for...if so, doea that mean that the pump should be canned or can it be repaired at the shaft seal? The pump looks to be about a $60 piece of equipment from what I have seen on the web sites...am I correct? Or not???
