Water Leaking from Air Tube

I have 1998 Sundance Cameo and have noticed it starts to lose water about 1 inch everyday. I opened the pump panel and saw water leaking under the cabinet above the pump #1. The water is coming from one of the two open ended tubes tied together to the frame under the filter area. I assume these are the air tube where air is drawn into the jets if the air valve is opened. Is this correct?

I have also noticed that the jets no longer shoot out much air when the air valve is opened all the way as they used to. Do I have a leaked jet? If so, how do I find out which one? Appreciate all the help fixing this problem. Thanks
