I have the same disconnect box and the contactor inside fried. I called Connecticut Electric and provided the information from the box and the description of the contactor inside that burnt up. They advised that they had a bad batch of contactors and they replaced the box for free. The entire box had to be changed because the new contactor was a different size and would not fit in the same location. It has been working fine for 3 years now.
