I have the same disconnect panel that failed. There was a batch of them made with bad contactors that burn up easily. Get any serial or part number information from the box and/or the contactor inside and call Connecticut electric up. I called them with the info and they sent me a free replacement, the replacement has been working fine for 3 years. They upgraded the contactor to a different manufacturer so you cannot just change the contactor, the whole box has to be changed.
