Look around for a motor rebuilding shop in your area. Let them determine if the motor is rebuildable or not. It really depends on how badly damaged it is. Have them replace the pump seals if they do rebuild the motor. If the motor is not rebuildable, you will need the complete pump/motor with the attached heat exchanger from a Softub dealer. Be sure to specify whether you have the Aquaflo pump or the Vico pump.
