Please don't take this advice wrong, but a testimonial regarding a two year old tub should not carry a lot of weight. I applaud the poster for passing along their particular info, but understand that even most of the junk tubs in this industry can withstand a couple of years of use without any signs of imminent problems. You really want input, if available, from long term owners. I've been fixing hot tubs for over 22 years and have owned a tub for 17 years. Generally speaking, I have found that only a select handful of brands have true longevity.
