Hi,
Just wanted to let you know that we've had a Bullfrog for a couple of years now and we are very pleased. Bullfrog Spas are virtually leak-proof and are extremely energy efficient. They have about 90% less plumbing and have eliminated diverter valves. We haven't changed out the spa packs, but we have had no problems what so ever. Good luck on your choice.
