I have a 10 year old Softub T220, with a 1.0 HP motor.
I believe the motor has been replaced once, about 7 years ago, under warranty.
A few days ago, after the tub had been topped off and was reheating,
it started tripping the breaker repeatedly.
The motor will just buzz for a few seconds and then trip the breaker.
I took the unit apart and there isn't anything caught in the impeller.
The impeller/shaft can be turned by hand, but they don't spin freely.
Is my motor dead? or could I possibly replace seal and/or bearings (if that is do-able) and keep it alive.
